Washington, DC – The Communications Cable and Connectivity Association (CCCA), a non-profit corporation serving the networking, IT and communications industries, announced the election of new officers at its annual meeting. CCCA is comprised of leading manufacturers, distributors and material suppliers who are committed to functioning as a major resource for well-researched, fact-based information on the technologies and issues vital to the structured cabling industry.
Elected to officer positions are: Bill Kloss, OFS, CCCA Chairman of the Board; Randy Mortensen, Anixter, Secretary; and Scott Brown, General Cable, Treasurer. Joining the officers on CCCA’s Executive Committee are Kevin Ressler, TE Connectivity and George Pruce, DuPont.
While congratulating the outgoing officers and members of the Executive Committee for their valuable contributions, Mr. Kloss said, “I’d particularly like to thank Kevin Ressler, CCCA’s past Chairman, for guiding CCCA’s growth and raising value to members and the structured cabling industry as a whole. I’m looking forward to CCCA’s continued growth and our tradition of being proactive on important issues to strengthen our industry.”
